We offer a range of award-winning training schemes, quality standards, and social policy support, campaigning to improve the lives of people in Northern Ireland. Advice NI also provides services direct to the public in the area of welfare, immigration, money and debt and digital inclusion programmes



We are now looking to fill a Communications & Digital Support role operating on a full-time, permanent basis. For the right candidate, we will also consider a part-time role alongside the full-time position

The Role



Within this Communications & Digital Support role, you will support other members of the broader digital and projects team with a range of content, digital and event activities



Working under the direction of the Communications Manager, you will produce and schedule social media content, help maintain the website, CRM and internal systems, and provide practical support to other projects



Focusing on communication support, you will help manage social media, newsletters and our website, responding to enquiries and comments, as well as creating written content



You will also:



- Help to produce simple graphics and visuals

- Gather quotes, case studies and other materials that showcase impact

- Support internal communications and reporting

- Manage contact databases and distribution lists

- Support delivery of the operational plan and marketing and communications strategy

- Assist with website updates using the CMS and CRM systems

- Help with SharePoint admin for file management



About You



To be considered for this Communications & Digital Support role, you will need:



- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- To be comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint)

- The willingness to learn and use platforms such as website CMS, CRM systems, Canva or Mailchimp

- A flexible, can-do attitude with a collaborative and helpful approach to working across teams

- The ability to work independently and show initiative in completing tasks



Ideal candidates will have experience supporting communications or digital activities in a workplace or voluntary setting. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, website content management systems or CRMs would also be beneficial to your application, as would an interest in digital inclusion, tech-for-good, or social justice issues
