The Ideal Person

IATI qualified

or

At least 2 years experience of a finance function within a similar role

• Experience in reconciliation and analysis work


• Experience in posting transactions and processing of supplier invoices


• Knowledge and experience of internal control systems

Responsibilities

• Import of supplier invoices from approval system to payment system


• Monthly supplier statement reconciliations


• Bank reconciliations


• Processing the weekly supplier payment run


• Monthly split and posting of recurring invoices


• Maintenance of monthly mileage spreadsheet and invoicing for mobility


• Maintenance of fixed asset register and asset tagging


• Review of petty cash transactions & reconciliations


• Assist in year-end accounts preparation and audit queries


• Reconciliation of balance sheet nominal accounts


• Maintenance of petty cash accounts and transaction posting


• Maintenance of credit card accounts, analysis and transaction posting
