The Role

This is a sales role at its core. You'll be responsible for business development, winning new client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to placement, while building genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identifying and approaching new business opportunities within the technology sector
• Building and managing relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Pitching Reperio's services and winning new roles to work on
• Managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to closing a placement
• Negotiating terms, salaries, and offers with both clients and candidates
• Working towards revenue targets within a high-performance, commission-driven environment
• Continuously developing your market knowledge to stay ahead of competitors
