Account Manager – Facilities Management

Cork, Ireland | Permanent | Up to €90,000 + Benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management, engineering, maintenance and soft services across multiple sites in Cork.

This is a senior, commercially focused role, responsible for operational performance, client relationships, financial management and the continued growth and development of a major account.

The Role

As Account Manager, you will:

• Lead integrated Facilities Management, engineering, maintenance and soft services across multiple sites.

• Own KPIs, SLAs, compliance and operational performance.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders.

• Lead, manage and develop large, multidisciplinary teams.

• Take ownership of P&L, budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.

• Drive cost savings, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and service development.

• Oversee projects, mobilisations, transitions and service improvements.

• Ensure all services are delivered safely, compliantly and to agreed contractual standards.

About You:

We are looking for a senior FM or technical services professional with:

• Significant experience in Facilities Management, Engineering or Technical Services.

• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, maintenance and asset management.

• Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong commercial and financial capability, including P&L responsibility.

• Experience managing senior client relationships, KPIs, SLAs and compliance.

• A proven track record of delivering service improvement, operational excellence and account growth.

• Experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environments would be advantageous.

• Relevant Engineering or Facilities Management qualifications.

• IWFM, CIBSE, NEBOSH or IET membership/qualifications would be advantageous.
