Laundry Technician/ Healthcare Equipment Cleaning Operative
Location: Ulster Hospital Dundonald
Rate of pay :£13.71 per hour, Hours of work : 4 days on and 4 days off on a rota basis

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Laundry Technician to join our Service team. This is a hands-on role ensuring vital medical equipment is cleaned, decontaminated, and ready for safe use in line with strict infection control standards.
What you'll do:

• Clean and decontaminate equipment such as hospital beds and mattresses
• Follow infection control procedures and safely use cleaning chemicals and PPE
• Maintain clean and organised work areas
• Check equipment for faults and report issues
• Handle waste disposal in line with clinical guidelines
• Keep accurate records and monitor stock levels

• Need to be prepared for physical / manual labour
