About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Senior Consultant with a strong, consistent billing history who is ready to take on greater leadership responsibility. Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing a desk or team, with input into strategy and direction
• Mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants
• Driving revenue growth in line with the business's expansion plans
• Building senior-level relationships with key clients and candidates
• Contributing to wider business development as the company scales

Candidate Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, with a strong and sustained billing record
• Proven ability to manage relationships at a senior level
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Genuine ambition to move into a Principal or Managing Consultant position
• Sector specialism relevant to our client's market (details available on application)
