Are you a Sales Leader with a proven track record, looking to put your stamp on a profitable 35m business, and deliver accelerated growth in new markets to shape the future of the company?

We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Director to lead the next phase of growth across Antalis Ireland.

This is a high-impact leadership role with significant scope to shape commercial strategy, accelerate growth and evolve the sales organisation, backed by the scale, capability and resources of the global Antalis Group.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Driving growth – Develop and deliver a clear commercial strategy, combining organic growth with targeted acquisition opportunities.

• Expanding our market position – Identify new opportunities, strengthen key customer relationships and unlock new sources of revenue.

• Leading the sales function – Lead and develop an experienced team, and recruit fresh talent, to drive performance, accountability and capability for the future.

• Building strategic relationships – Develop strong partnerships with new customers and work collaboratively across Ireland, the UK and wider Group.

• Delivering results – Set clear direction, manage performance and investment effectively, and deliver against ambitious commercial objectives.
