Job Description
- To proactively oversee service provision and ensure delivery of excellent customer outcomes to agriculture clients and their customers
- Strengthen existing relationships with Insurers, Agents and stakeholders with the objective being to secure collaboration and partnership
- You will be supporting our valued clients in providing solutions to escalated client’s insurance claims, service issues and gathering information to put things right. We know that, sometimes, things can go wrong but the importance is how to put things back on track so this role can truly provide job satisfaction. The key to your success is delivering a message of resolution.
- Oversee day to day performance on agricultural claims. Work closely with Adjusters/Claims Handlers to ensure compliance with KPIs/SLAs
- Capture escalations and engage with all parties to secure effective and best outcomes for the customer
- Contribute to handling on RAR cases, engage with the customer ensuring understanding of agreed actions and provide regular updates
- Support colleagues within FNOL, subject to business needs
- Strengthen relationships with Insurers / Agents
- Identify key areas for intervention, development and opportunity with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Able to co-ordinate a variety of actions concurrently.
