The OpportunityWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our SaaS training solutions sales across the EMEA region.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with a strong background in SaaS sales, aviation security (AVSEC) training, and regulatory compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales plan tailored to the AVSEC training and regulatory sector. Business Development: Identify and engage high-potential clients, including C-level executives and government stakeholders.

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with airlines, airports, civil aviation authorities, and international regulators. Bid & Tender Management: Lead proposal development aligned with regulatory and funding requirements. Regulatory Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to aviation regulators, aligning our solutions with evolving compliance needs.

Product Expertise: Articulate the value of our SaaS and training products to diverse stakeholders. Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Market Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activity in the AVSEC training space.

Reporting: Deliver accurate forecasts and insights to senior leadership. What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in SaaS sales.5+ years in AVSEC training, with deep knowledge of industry standards and practices.

Proven experience working with international aviation regulators (e.g., ICAO, CAA, EASA). Experience with government funding and working with government officials. Background in airport screener standards, image analysis, and CBT is highly desirable.

Prior experience selling training software or regulatory compliance solutions is a strong plus. Security & Compliance RequirementsMust pass a Background Check (CRC) and Counter Terrorism Check (CTC). Must have the right to live and work in the UK.Must be eligible for SC level security clearance.
