VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a Public Sector employer who are actively seeking an Administrator to join their team in Newtownbreda

This is an urgent requirement offering an immediate start date

Responsibilities:

Provide professional administrative and secretarial support

Handle general enquiries and direct them appropriately

Perform typical admin tasks: data input, document creation, filing, photocopying, scanning

Manage internal/external communication (face-to-face, email, phone)

Take accurate minutes at various meetings and distribute within 3 days

Maintain and update digital and physical records

Use IT systems for data entry and performance reporting

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) or 1 year of relevant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Full Driving License and access to a car

Desirable Criteria:

RSA Stage 1 Word-Processing (or equivalent qualification)

Experience in secretarial duties

Experience in the housing sector
