The Opportunity:

This role will enable the successful candidate to actively shape the technical roadmap, build high-performing teams, and influence business outcomes at a strategic level. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of engineers across full-stack product areas


• Champion best practices in Agile, DevOps, and software craftsmanship


• Drive team performance through mentoring, continuous feedback, and a strong engineering culture


• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align delivery with business goals


• Evolve engineering practices and architecture with a focus on scalability, simplicity, and quality


• Foster a transparent, trusting culture that promotes innovation and learning

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in software engineering leadership, plus expereince at Director level or above


• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers


• Strong background in Java, C#, or C++


• Passion for Lean/Kanban methodologies and agile transformation


• Experience in mentoring new managers and scaling engineering functions


• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
