Finance Manager - Belfast
MCS Group are looking for a Finance Manager to join one of Northern Ireland's leading employers in the Belfast area.

The Role:
As the successful Finance Manager you will report directly to the CEO:
- Manage a small team of finance professionals including a qualified accountant;
- Ensure all financial controls are in place;
- Take control of the financial reporting for the company;
- Provide the financial strategy for the business;
- Support the careful monitoring and management of working capital;
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
The Person:
The successful Finance Manager will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA;
- Experience in a senior finance position;
- Strong stakeholder management experience;
- Strong commercial acumen.
