Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our Product Department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing scalable, high-impact solutions that drive the growth of Ctrl Alt’s Platform. Your contributions will directly enhance our product offerings and strengthen our ability to expand the AUM of real-world assets issued by Ctrl Alt.

What you’ll be doing




  • Competitor Analysis & Market Research: Analyse industry trends and competitor products to provide insights that inform product strategy and development.


  • Operational Model Development: Assist in designing and implementing scalable operational models to enhance our product offering and workflows.


  • Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing: Conduct thorough QA testing of our platform to identify bugs, improve product performance and uphold high quality standards.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with the CPO, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives.


Requirements



  • Proven interest in startups and an understanding this isn’t a graduate scheme - this is help build this business from day 1

  • Recent graduate in STEM or business management degree

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally with teams like product, engineering and operations

  • Strong desire to work in an early stage Fintech
