Sales Executive- Rory’s Travel Club
Belfast City Centre, £30,000 plus commission
I’m delighted to be partnering with the team at Rory’s Travel Club again as we look for their next Sales Executive to join the Belfast office.
This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, with a base salary of £30,000 and a commission structure on top. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a natural confidence, and loves working towards targets.
So, what’s the role all about?
You’ll be working across three key areas of the business:
Membership Sales: Engaging with individuals to share the benefits of joining the club and helping them unlock incredible travel deals.
Corporate Memberships: Speaking to businesses about how Rory’s Travel Club can offer real value to their teams through exclusive perks and experiences.
Hotel Partnerships: Reaching out to hotels and travel providers to get them on board, negotiating deals that are then shared with the club’s members.
What are we looking for?
Sales experience is essential for this one. Whether that’s been in travel, hospitality, media, or something entirely different, we’re looking for someone who understands what it takes to sell effectively and with integrity.
You’ll Be Someone Who
Communicates clearly and confidently
Knows how to build relationships quickly and maintain them over time
Is comfortable picking up the phone, following up leads, and staying organised
Can manage a pipeline and prioritise the right opportunities
Understands the importance of listening as much as talking
Brings energy and curiosity to every conversation
Stays resilient when things don’t go to plan and celebrates the wins when they do
Is motivated by targets and enjoys working towards goals
Works well in a fast-paced environment where no two days are quite the same
