Main purpose of the role & responsibilities in the business:
At Kainos, we provide innovative and creative products designed to help Workday customers reduce risk and maximize their Workday investment. Our solutions include Workday testing, compliance, data masking, and document management. As a business with a proven record of year-on-year growth and over 500 customers we have multiple exciting opportunities across our product organization.
As part of plans to grow and scale we are looking for a highly organized and strategic Delivery Manager to oversee the implementation of commercial Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and governance of product management processes and practices. This role will monitor and track all aspects of product marketing execution across the product team, including content creation, feature launches, and GTM activities such as campaigns, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution. The candidate should be experienced in project management and product operations, capable of managing senior stakeholders and processes to produce effective collateral and supporting materials. This position is a significant opportunity within the product team. The selected candidate will have the influence to define this role and ample prospects for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management of GTM & Feature Launches
- Work directly with Product Leadership to define and oversee the execution of the cross product annual GTM plan covering:
- All external campaigns and content needed to achieve the plan.
- Launch activities and supporting content for new feature / product launches.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocations to achieve GTM plans across all products.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign & feature launch readiness.
- Work with Product Leadership and internal stakeholders in the sales organisation to track success of GMT activities to highlight learnings & improvement opportunities.
- Manage and delegate work to team members responsible for creating GTM collateral, including sales decks, FAQs, one-pagers, enablement materials, webinars and internal documentation.
- Review and ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of all collateral produced.
- Lead regular check-ins and provide strategic direction to content creators to ensure alignment with messaging and market needs.
- Oversee, refine and enforce GTM product governance processes, including stage gate reviews and reporting.
- Partner with product leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Reporting to track progress and maintain visibility across the product portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; PMP certification a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, product operations, or GTM execution within a technology or SaaS company.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale product or feature launches.
- Strong knowledge of GTM processes, product lifecycle management, and collateral development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and collaborative platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Experience working in a matrixed or scaled Agile environment.
- Familiarity with product marketing / management and enablement practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
