Job Summary

This role is focused on the effective deployment, development, monitoring and management of the

Quality framework, policy and process in line with overall Quality strategy

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Effectively implements Survitec quality procedures for all allocated sites, in line with legislation, regulatory and Survitec guidelines. Documents and maintains the register of quality approvals, procedures and accreditations for allocated sites / geographies.
  • Communicates to all allocated sites Survitec quality procedures, ensuring all relevant regional Survitec colleagues are aware of their responsibilities in supporting / upholding Survitec QHSE processes
  • Manages operational, technical audits in line with the Survitec audit calendar
  • Participates in quality, non-conformance and complaint investigations, ensuring findings are documented, reported and escalated appropriately. Monitors and follows up on supplier CAPA and improvement actions
  • Contributes to statistical analyses on which to base recommendations for improvement
  • Advises business leaders and senior managers of compliance issues or matters requiring supplier quality development or improvement

  • Certify product approval documentation such as Certificate of Conformity/Declaration of Conformity in line with Survitec’s compliance requirements.

Experience And Qualification

Educated to University degree level.

3 – 6 years of job-related experience, operating at fully competent level.

1 year of management experience may prove useful in this role, negotiating and influencing others towards best practice and functional objectives.

Experience with AS9100, ISO9001, or similar, Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

Proficient in English Language (Verbal and Written).

Certified Auditor able to facilitate/lead Internal and Supplier Quality Management System Audits.
