Transformation Manager - Band 8a

Job Summary:

Vanrath have the pleasure of recruiting on behalf of one of our public sector clients. We are seeking an experienced strategic transformation manager with an analytical focus & approach. You will be responsible for monitoring service levels and improving strategies across the organisation. Ideally you will be from a health care background and be familiar with the work of Dept of Health.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Service Improvement & Growth: Leading on the organisation's performance reporting and data analysis as well as developing services that support improvement in performance. This involves designing improvement projects, creating innovative service delivery methods, and collaborating with teams to enhance overall performance.


• 
  Improvement Support: As part of a broader organisational review, supporting the transition to a modern operating model, leading business modernisation and service improvements. This includes disseminating information to all relevant parties and taking actions within scope as required.


• 
  Governance & Risk: Contributing to governance frameworks and risk management policies and playing a role in risk and governance discussions with the Risk Management Team.


• 
  Communication & Engagement: Developing effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree plus 3 years experience in improvement management within health care OR Min 5 years experience


• Knowledge of Data Analytics, Excel and Powerpoint.

Location: Belfast

Salary: £53,755 - £56,454 (Band 8a salary scale)
