We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our clients dynamic operations team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the effective delivery of engineering services, including maintenance, installation, and commissioning activities. Whether on-site for scheduled servicing or working hands-on with new installations, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our systems running smoothly and our clients satisfied.

What You'll Be Doing

Service & Maintenance Engineering

  • Prepare for each job by reviewing schedules and job sheets and confirming tools and equipment requirements.

  • Conduct site visits, complete risk assessments, and lead project work on-site.

  • Carry out routine and corrective maintenance tasks.

  • Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and reporting work completed or additional needs.

  • Ensure job closure, accurate paperwork submission, and time records.

Installation & Commissioning Engineering

  • Liaise with the Engineering and Contracts Manager to prepare for installations.

  • Follow drawings and specifications to complete installation and commissioning work to a high standard.

  • Provide client demonstrations and ensure all handover documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Lead teams on-site when required and ensure full project close-out.

Quality, Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to all Health & Safety (H&S) protocols and company procedures.

  • Complete and submit all necessary paperwork, including Work Report Sheets and Certificates.

  • Identify and report any non-conformities or improvement opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Service, Maintenance, Installation or Commissioning Engineering role.

  • Strong technical skills across electrical and/or mechanical engineering.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and take initiative.

  • A proactive approach to risk assessment and health & safety compliance.
