Office Based - Belfast, Co. Antrim
The Company - Aecor Marine Ltd
Operating on a global scale, we provide full turnkey and service works for the marine industry. With sites in Belfast and Southampton, we carry out interior outfitting works on ferries and cruise ships.
Due to our current workload and established customer base, we are looking for a Project Administrator to expand our team.

The Role
As a Project Administrator, you will work on a wide range of exciting projects, supporting the day-to-day running of our office and the administration of our busy marine outfitting business.
Working closely with project teams, you will help to plan and co-ordinate regular small refit works as well as some larger dry-dock projects.
You’ll be managing the company database, contacting and booking sub-contractors and preparing, distributing and processing personnel contracts for a variety of jobs.
Undertaking a range of admin activities, you’ll book travel and arrangements for internal personnel as well as supporting the purchasing process, logistics arrangements and invoicing.
About You
To be considered as a Project Administrator, you will need:
- Relevant experience, ideally in a similar environment
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Competency in Microsoft Office programmes in particular Word, Excel & Outlook
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment during project peak times
- At a minimum, GCSEs in English and Maths at grade A-C (or equivalent)
