Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join their team, providing essential support to individuals in their homes or care settings. As a Care Worker, you will assist clients with daily tasks, promote independence, and ensure their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.

• Support clients with mobility and physical activities.

• Assist with the preparation of meals and feeding when necessary.

• Help with medication administration and reminders, as per care plans.

• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.

• Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.

• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in condition.

• Work in line with safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Genuine desire to help others and a caring, patient nature.

• Good communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a care or support role.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

• Knowledge of infection control, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
