Overview
One of Northern Ireland's most respected law firms is seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join their front-of-house team. Known for their outstanding culture and long-standing reputation in the legal sector, this is an exciting opportunity to represent a prestigious firm as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Key Duties

• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception space.




• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming visitors, clients, and internal staff.




• Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently.




• Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage internal calendars.




• Provide daily administrative support including document handling, scheduling, and record maintenance.




• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.




• Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-desk or receptionist role is essential.




• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.




• Confident communicator with a professional and courteous manner.




• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.




• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider support team.




• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
