The Opportunity

Due to increased demand from our clients within the Human Resources sector, we are seeking an ambitious recruitment specialist or sales professional to join our team and further develop this market.

Within this specific sector, we work with many of Northern Ireland's best-known companies and have fostered partnerships with many of Northern Ireland's leading employers.

VANRATH is also a recruitment partner to the CIPD, Headline sponsor for the CIPD Annual Conference and lead partner and organiser for the senior leaders and director's events.

This opportunity will provide a warm desk, working alongside an experienced two experienced consultants.

The Ideal Person

• A strong academic profile


• 1 - 2 years' experience in a recruitment or consultative sales role


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Strong and ambitious work ethic
