• Process and input purchase invoices with accuracy and efficiency




• Set up and maintain supplier records, supporting smooth and timely transactions




• Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies promptly




• Handle finance-related queries from internal teams and external stakeholders




• Support day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations and expense management




• Ensure financial data is recorded accurately and kept up to date in line with company policies




• Assist with credit control activities, including following up on outstanding payments and updating debtor records

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounting or finance support role




• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Sage 200 (or similar accounting systems)




• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills




• Positive, can-do attitude and a strong team player




• Confident communicator with the ability to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders
