Supporting team growth is key, as you’ll mentor junior colleagues and promote a collaborative environment. Additionally, you’ll contribute to business development by staying current on HR tech trends, supporting bids, and acting as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow HRSD.

Experience We’re Looking For:

• 
  ServiceNow HRSD Experience (ESSENTIAL): Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD implementations; additional HRIS experience (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus


• 
  HR Knowledge: Experience in HR or HR tech, or transferable skills from related fields


• 
  Project Management: Experience in Agile methodologies and managing large-scale HR technology projects
