Temporary Logistics Administrator Belfast | 3–6 Months | £13.50ph - £14.50ph

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in logistics and administration this summer? Our client, a well-established organisation in the manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking a proactive Temporary Logistics Administrator to join their team for an initial 3–6 month period.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a problem-solving mindset and strong administrative skills to support the internal planning and coordination of raw materials and finished goods. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or student looking for valuable summer work experience — though all applicants with the right skills will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce delivery paperwork and documentation for logistics operations

• Assist in the planning and coordination of internal material movements

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks across the logistics function

• Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely movement of goods

• Update systems and track inventory as required

Skills & Experience:

• Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel

• ERP system experience is desirable but not essential

• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

• A proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks

• Previous logistics or supply chain experience is a bonus but not required
