Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
Belfast City Centre
Salary: £25,500-£28,000 (OTE Year 1 £32,000-£40,000)
Role Overview
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working directly with clients and candidates within your market.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
- Source new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Facilitate effective negotiations for both clients and candidates.
Additional Responsibilities
- Negotiate and facilitate the offer process, managing discussions to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated with key trends within your specialist area.
