Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant


Belfast City Centre


Salary: £25,500-£28,000 (OTE Year 1 £32,000-£40,000)


Role Overview

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working directly with clients and candidates within your market.

  • Keep candidates informed throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements.

  • Source new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.

  • Build a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals, and networking.

  • Facilitate effective negotiations for both clients and candidates.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and facilitate the offer process, managing discussions to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Stay updated with key trends within your specialist area.
