Enso Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a pioneering organisation seeking an experienced Power BI Specialist to support and elevate their data-driven decision-making capabilities.


In this role, you’ll work closely with business teams to empower them in creating, managing, and optimising Power BI solutions. You’ll also play a vital part in maintaining the underlying infrastructure that supports these capabilities, while sharing your expertise through mentoring and user training sessions.


What You’ll Be Doing



  • Deliver group training sessions (beginner to advanced) on Power BI usage

  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing technical insight and guidance

  • Design, develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and data models

  • Maintain and optimise the Power BI environment, including workspace and gateway management

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting across Power BI-related issues

  • Create user guides and technical documentation for internal teams

  • Continuously improve the performance and usability of existing analytics tools


What You’ll Bring



  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data visualisation, specifically using Power BI

  • Strong capabilities in DAX, SQL, and data modelling best practices

  • Knowledge of Power BI Premium or Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated ability to lead user training and promote adoption of tools

  • Skilled in configuring and managing Power BI environments including tenant settings and security

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

  • Confident working independently with strong problem-solving abilities
