Job Title: Sales & Design Consultant

Location: In-person (UK-based)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 OTE per year

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Minimum 3 years’ sales experience, including at least 1 year in the KBB industry


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets


• Proactive, organised, and self-motivated


• Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Desirable Skills:

• Proven track record in sales


• Experience using CAD systems


• IT proficient

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire design and sales process from concept to installation


• Create bespoke, space-saving solutions using Sliderobes’ premium products


• Use CAD software and visual aids to bring customer visions to life


• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the project lifecycle


• Maintain accurate documentation and meet all deadlines


• Strive to exceed personal and company sales targets
