We are excited to be working with a top-tier firm with a strong presence across the UK and Ireland, currently seeking a Senior Solicitor to join their highly regarded Property, Risks & Coverage team in Belfast.

This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious legal professional to take the lead on complex, high-value High Court claims, including indemnity, liability, and recoveries matters. You'll play a key role in driving results for insurer clients while mentoring junior colleagues and helping shape the future of a growing team.

• Managing a portfolio of high-stakes High Court cases in Property, Risks, and Coverage.




• Delivering strategic, technical advice on complex indemnity, liability, and causation issues.




• Drafting high-quality legal pleadings and attending hearings, mediations, and settlement meetings.




• Building strong relationships with insurer clients and stakeholders.




• Collaborating with experts, including in complex medical-related cases.




• Leading, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team.




• Supporting business development and client growth initiatives.

• A qualified solicitor (ideally at Associate level or above) with a proven track record in litigation.




• Experience advising on indemnity, liability, and quantum issues.




• Skilled in handling complex evidence, with experience in medical/legal claims a plus.




• Excellent drafting, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.




• Confident communicator with strong client-handling experience.




• Proactive team leader with a passion for mentoring and collaboration.
