Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Belfast for a General Manager (Hotel). The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including guest services, staff management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, manage financial performance, and lead marketing initiatives. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hotel facilities and optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 + Years of relevant experience as a General Manager
• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Strong customer service skills and ability to enhance guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
