VANRATH are excited to be partnering with a global Financial Services business in helping recruit a Manager to join the Group Finance Risk and Control Governance team. This is a newly created team in the Belfast office to drive process improvements, compliance initiatives, and risk management frameworks enhancing financial oversight.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial governance and risk management for a rapidly scaling Global business.

Main duties include;

• Support transformation, including consolidations, month-end close and financial reporting


• Support development of Group's enterprise risk management framework


• Help prepare risk assurance plan


• Help deliver group-wide risk assessment processes

The Person

• Qualified Accountant ( newly qualified - 3 years post )


• Strong financial reporting skills


• Knowledge of SOX / internal controls desirable


• Strong analytical and stakeholder skills
