Customer Technical Support Specialist - #1684284

MCS is delighted to be working with a leading organisation in the technology sector, who are seeking a talented Application Support Analyst to join their expanding IT operations team.
This is a full-time permanent role focused on delivering high-quality application support, incident management, and cloud-based solutions across a dynamic technical environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Belfast, offering flexibility and strong career progression opportunities.

• Provide first-line to third-line technical support across a range of enterprise applications and platforms




• Investigate and resolve technical issues through SQL queries




• Manage incidents effectively, prioritising based on business impact and ensuring timely resolution




• Support end-users with technical guidance and system updates




• Assist in the testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring of cloud environments




• Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver support solutions and service improvements

• Strong experience in SQL Server Management




• Familiarity with Cloud would be benefical




• Exposure to SOAP protocols, Postman testing, and command-line would also be benefical




• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
