MK Recruit is working exclusively with Beonic, a fast-growing omnidata intelligence company that helps businesses across the globe understand and improve how people move through real-world spaces. Their clients include shopping centres, airports, smart cities, and universities — and their impact spans six continents.

Beonic is now looking for a Senior Project Manager (Operations) to join their team in Belfast. This is a key role leading the full delivery lifecycle of WiFi, People Counter, and LiDAR solutions across EMEA — from contract sign-off through to final implementation.

This role is hybrid, with the flexibility to work remotely, alongside occasional in-office days for hardware-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management across hardware and software installations


• Collaborating with global teams, clients, and partners


• Managing budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication


• Driving continuous improvement across delivery processes

What They’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management


• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Experience in SaaS, software development, or IT preferred


• Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, AWS, etc.) a plus
