We are working with a highly reputable law firm based in Belfast for a Family Solicitor to join their team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded family team, working on a range of matrimonial matters including adoption, surrogacy, and child arrangements. The individual will also assist on issues regarding protection orders, injunctions, divorce, domestic violence, in addition to other areas.

This role offers the successful candidate to gain experience within various courts, assisting on interesting and complex family cases. The solicitor will engage in a mix of legal aid and privately funded cases.

Essential Criteria:

• NQ+ Would consider junior and/or senior appointments;


• Family law experience desirable for NQ applications;


• Excellent academics;


• Technically excellent;


• Empathetic towards clients;


• Strong communication skills;


• Ability to work independently and as a team;


• Strong work ethic.
