Position Overview
- Location: Ireland & UK (Remote with travel)
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage specialised cleaning teams across Ireland and the UK, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Time Management: Develop and implement efficient time management strategies to optimize team performance and productivity.
- Subcontractor Management: Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet company standards and contractual obligations.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all cleaning operations comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and other key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications And Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing subcontractors and third-party vendors.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel across Ireland and the UK as required.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
