We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast as a full-time EO2. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.

EO2 Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Hours of Work: 9 to 5 Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

Administrative support for Finance and governance branch.

• Mailbox management


• Request of information


• Creating and updating MS Excel


• Updating databases and delivery partner data


• Customer service responses, Collation of information for monitoring purposes, Processing financial claims, PPOs and POs, accompany contract managers to delivery partner meetings;


• Minute taking  and other ad hoc administrative support functions

Essential Criteria:

Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English and 2 A levels – certificates required.

*The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI during registration*
