We are seeking a talented and ambitious Associate to join our dynamic Fraud & Motor team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex and high-value fraud litigation matters in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated motor claims, with a particular focus on suspected fraudulent matters.
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support fraud defences.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation.
• Represent clients in court where appropriate and liaise with counsel and experts.
• Maintain client relationships through regular updates and strategic case advice.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and paralegals.
• Work collaboratively across departments and contribute to business development initiatives.
  
  

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

• Qualified solicitor (NQ-3 PQE+ preferred), with experience in motor claims and/or fraud litigation.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and insurance litigation.
• Excellent analytical and case strategy skills.
• A proactive, commercial approach to case handling.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• A genuine interest in fraud litigation and a commitment to client service excellence.
