HR Manager- Resourcing and Employee Services (Ref 2024-113)<\/p>\r\r

Location: Housing Centre Belfast with regular Travel\rthroughout NI<\/p>\r\r

To ensure the effective and efficient management of the\rresourcing and employee services teams to ensure a professional, proactive,\rcustomer orientated and high quality service to support NIHE business and HR\robjectives.<\/p>\r\r
<\/p>\r\r
To contribute, to the provision of a modern, professional\rand responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and\rvalues<\/p>\r\r
<\/p>\r\r
The current salary for this post is £46,464 - £60,106 per\rannum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution\rof 19%.<\/p>\r\r
