Our client has been delivering M&E services for 40 years
and have a very sound reputation for delivering their projects on time, on
budget, safely and to a first-class finish. They have broad experience in
commercial and industrial, health, education, leisure and residential sectors
throughout NI and the rest of the UK.


ROLE:


You will deal with planned and response maintenance for
assigned customer contract. As FM contracts Manager you will continually review
these contracts and efficiently manage resource company of engineers, sub-contractors
and supply chain to deliver their operations within contract budgets at target
margin.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


·
Focus on First Class Services, strong ethics and
focused


·
Customer Satisfaction


·
Cold calls to targeted sectors in a planned
campaign from previous success gained


·
Build relationships with Main contractors via
our Contracting Colleagues,


·
Identify and respond to M&E new build
contract handover opportunities via our Contracting projects or other contracts
in development


·
Identify and respond to PQQ, tenders &
frameworks


·
Monitor and respond to activity on CPD and other
networks such as E Tenders NI


·
Pricing including correspondence with suppliers


·
Technical sales including design


·
Sales process from contract right through to
handover


·
Maintain existing Contract Database for
renewals, CPI increase and rates


·
Budgets in place for each individual job and
actuals recorded and comment on variance


·
Credit control including rating and term


·
Sales Forecasting


·
Travel to GB and Ireland for achieving business


·
Pursue opportunities for growth through existing
contracts, market research, innovation


ESSENTIAL:


·
5 years+ experience in similar role


·
Working knowledge of NEC Contracts


·
Ability and desire to maintain good working
relationships with Clients, Subcontractors and internal staff


·
Possess excellent IT systems knowledge in MS
Excel/Word/Outlook


·
Excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written


·
A confident self-starter, someone who is
highly motivated and capable of managing their own workload


·
Ability to organise workload to achieve set
objectives
