Your new role
Our client is looking for a customer service administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to provide excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date. Your key responsibilities will consist of the following:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Processing orders and ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with our products and services.

What you\'ll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 6 GCSE Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Candidates with exposure in a banking environment will be given preference.
