Customer Experience Project Support Officer <\/b><\/p>

Role Description<\/b><\/p>


This exciting role is at the forefront of improving customer experience within NI Water,


providing project support across a number of Customer Programs and Projects. The role <\/span>
will involve undertaking a range of project governance, reporting, process and policy <\/span>
development duties.<\/span><\/p>

The post holder will report to the Customer Experience Project Manager but will also work


in close collaboration others across the wider Intelligent Operations function, Customer & <\/span>
Operations Directorate and Business Improvement.<\/span><\/p>

Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate in their application and where necessary at interview that they meet the following, essential criteria:<\/b><\/p>


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA<\/b><\/p>


1. Have a third level qualification e.g. HNC\/HND AND a minimum of two years project


support experience with evidence of delivering successful outcomes against agreed <\/span>
objectives, budget and timelines.<\/span><\/p>

OR<\/p>


A minimum of five GCSE\u2019s at grade C or above (to include Maths and English) AND a


minimum of four years project support experience with evidence of delivering <\/span>
successful outcomes against agreed objectives, budget and timelines.<\/span><\/p>

2. Demonstrable experience of drafting Project and Governance Documentation to


include, Project Plans, Business Cases and Option Reports.<\/span><\/p>

3. Demonstrable experience in assisting to develop and document new or revised


business processes.<\/span><\/p>

4. Proven ability to build sustainable working relationships with both internal and


external stakeholders to deliver results.<\/span><\/p>

5. Proven ability to deliver project support to tight timescales to include key metrics


reporting such as milestones\/risks\/issues\/benefits\/cost amongst other key areas.<\/span><\/p>

6. IT proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including a proven ability in


the preparation of high quality visual Powerpoint material.<\/span><\/p>

Salary<\/b><\/p>


This role offers a competitive


remuneration package with a salary scale of <\/span>
£30,851 to £37,707 per annum.<\/span><\/p>

The starting salary will normally be at the first


point of the scale.<\/span><\/p>
