Admin Officer - Telephony - #965443
We are currently recruiting for AO’s based in Belfast city centre. We have a various amount of start dates available and this information will be made available.
**Job Spec will be sent upon receipt of application and confirmation of results**
Start date: Various start dates
Duration: 51 weeks with possible extension
Hours of work: Full time 37 hours
The contracted hours are 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. However, at present staff are working various shift patterns between 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.
Rate of pay: £11.99
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients and customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls as necessary. Maintain a positive and engaging communication style.
Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service by actively listening to customer needs, offering solutions, and demonstrating empathy.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary, and providing follow-up as required.
Documentation: Accurately record details of each call, ensuring comprehensive and organized documentation of customer interactions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to obtain information or facilitate issue resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- 5 GCSE's A-C to include Maths and English (You must be able to provide proof)
