Hunter Savage is working with a leading professional services consultancy supporting a major organisation in Northern Ireland on a significant finance and technology implementation programme.

We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Manager with a strong background in programme governance, project controls and technology implementation.

This is a high-profile contract opportunity suited to someone operating at Senior Manager or Director level who can confidently manage programme delivery, challenge senior stakeholders and present directly to Steering Committees.

1. Senior-Level Contract: High-profile programme with significant responsibility and stakeholder exposure.

2. Finance & ERP Programme: Oversee PMO governance and delivery across a complex technology implementation.

3. Hybrid Working: Belfast-based, 2-3 days per week on-site, with a competitive daily rate.
   
   

• Lead PMO governance, reporting and project controls across a complex programme.

• Manage delivery plans, milestones, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.

• Prepare and present Steering Committee reports, providing clear progress updates and recommendations.

• Oversee delivery across multiple technology implementation workstreams.

• Challenge senior stakeholders, manage escalations and drive accountability.

• Work closely with project teams, senior leadership and external delivery partners.

• Maintain robust programme reporting, financial oversight and governance standards.
  
  

• Significant hands-on PMO or programme management experience.

• Proven track record delivering complex technology implementation projects.

• ERP implementation experience, ideally SAP, Oracle or Workday, would be advantageous.

• Strong experience preparing and presenting reports to Steering Committees.

• Confident managing challenging stakeholders and senior-level conversations.

• Excellent knowledge of programme governance, RAID management, budgets and delivery controls.

• Experience within a consultancy, professional services or large corporate environment would be beneficial.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of programme delivery.
