We're growing our Belfast team and looking for driven people from sales or customer-facing backgrounds to kick-start their recruitment career. No recruitment experience needed.

The Role
This is a sales role at its core. You'll own your own niche tech market and run the full recruitment process, from winning clients and sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements.

• Carry out high-volume outbound activity, including BD outreach, cold calling and client follow-ups
• Source, engage and screen candidates within your market
• Conduct initial phone interviews and review CVs to assess suitability
• Present candidates to clients and manage the process from start to finish
• Build strong market knowledge and become the go-to partner for clients and candidates

Training
An 8 - 10 week training programme with a dedicated trainer, followed by ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.

Earnings

• Uncapped commission, paid monthly
• Consultants earn £1,000 to £15,000+ per month in commission (record month: £27,000)
• Extra bonus opportunities in your first 6 months

Realistic Earnings

• Year 1: £30,000 to £40,000
• Years 2 to 3: £40,000 to £60,000
• Year 3+: £60,000 to £100,000+

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months in a sales or customer-facing role, or a business placement
• Experience working to targets and KPIs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
