Accounts Senior Manager / Associate Partner - Belfast (Hybrid)

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a Top UK Accountancy firm in Belfast to recruit an Accounts Senior Manager / Associate Partner to join their growing team.

The Role:

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients and overseeing accounts and advisory work.
• Reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Acting as a key contact for clients, providing advice on business performance and financial matters.
• Supporting and developing managers, seniors and junior staff, including reviewing their work.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and bring in new business.
• Working closely with Partners and tax, audit and advisory teams to deliver a joined-up service.
• Helping drive the growth of the firm, with the opportunity to progress towards Partnership.

The Person:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
• Senior accountancy experience, ideally within practice
• Strong technical knowledge of accounts and financial reporting
• Experience managing client portfolios and building relationships
• Confident reviewing accounts and advising clients
• Commercially minded, with an interest in business development
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Strong organisational skills and able to manage competing priorities
