We are seeking two ambitious graduates to join our Belfast operation as Developing Client Relationship Managers (CRMs).

These opportunities are designed for individuals looking to build a successful career within financial services. You will receive structured training and support while working alongside experienced professionals across our wealth management, pensions and client servicing teams.

You will develop an understanding of financial planning, pensions, investments, client relationship management and operational processes, gaining practical experience while building the technical skills required for a long-term career within the industry.

Graduate Developing CRM - SSAS Team

Working within our specialist SSAS team, you will support the administration and servicing of Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes, liaising with clients, trustees, advisers and third parties while developing specialist pension knowledge.

Graduate Developing CRM - Client Services Team

Working alongside advisers and client-facing teams, you will assist with client reviews, onboarding, valuations, documentation, provider liaison and general client servicing activities.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related subject
