NHS Administrative Support Officer
Whiterock Clinic - West Belfast
? £12.71 per hour - Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
Brook Street is recruiting on behalf of the NHS for an Administrative Support Officer with strong note-taking and administrative experience.
Key Duties:

• Taking accurate notes and minutes at meetings
• Typing and distributing correspondence and reports
• Transcribing dictation using Big Hand
• Maintaining filing systems and databases
• Scanning, photocopying and managing records
• Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with NHS procedures

What We're Looking For:
? Previous administration experience
? Strong note-taking/minute-taking skills
? Good IT and typing skills
? Excellent attention to detail
? Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
