Job Overview:

To provide on-site cleaning support for the client. Represent ABM, ensuring the highest standard of service and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

Service Provision

  • Ensure the correct cleaning methods are used at all times
  • Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order, reporting any defects to Supervisor/Manager immediately
  • Ensure compliance with Time & Attendance system on site
  • Have a professional approach to Clients, Colleagues and Members of the Public at all times
  • Be flexible in your work and complete assigned duties
  • Ensue high standards are maintained at all times

Personal Development

  • Willingness to attend training programmes as requested
  • Willingness to take on new skills to enhance the company's profile and service offering, as per training received

Personal Impact

  • Ensure full uniform and ID badges are worn at all times
  • Maintain a professional and tidy appearance at all time
  • Arrive on time for your shift

Quality Management and Health and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with and actively promote Health & Safety at work
  • Ensure all PPE is worn, where applicable
  • Report accidents, incidents and near misses of any nature to your Line Manager immediately, or prior to end of the shift

Other

  • Support the growth of the business, where possible, by up-selling and cross-selling to the customer and by passing on potential sales leads
  • Support any customer initiatives which could lead to longer term benefits to both the customer and ABM
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested by a member of the ABM Management team

Requirements

Essential Criteria:

  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to pass security requirements/vetting
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK
  • Good written and spoken English

Desired Qualifications:

  • School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English
  • Full clean driving licence

Desired Experience:

  • Experience within the relevant industry, or a similar environment
  • Time spent in a customer service environment
  • Experience working within a results-orientated environment
