Location: Belfast (Flexible Working Available)
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 FTE
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time expected to be 25-30 hours per week (to be agreed with successful candidate).

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys supporting people, improving processes, and helping create a positive workplace culture? We are seeking a proactive and organised People & Culture Advisor to join a growing organisation and play a key role in delivering a high-quality people service.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of HR activities, supporting employees and managers while ensuring HR processes remain compliant, efficient, and people-focused. You will contribute to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, learning and development, policy implementation, and HR systems management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes.
- Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures remain up to date and compliant.
- Produce HR reports and people-related insights to support decision making.
- Coordinate learning and development activities and training programmes.
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of HR systems and learning platforms.
About You
You will be a confident HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships and providing practical people advice in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR qualification.
- Minimum three years' HR experience within the last five years.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting employee relations cases.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and general HR processes.
- Previous use of HR information systems.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Desirable
- Experience working across multiple sites or jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting organisational change or engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of learning and development processes.
- Experience using HR data and analytics to support decision making.
- Experience delivering training, workshops, or information sessions.
