PMO Transformation - Human Capital

We are looking for an experienced PMO / Transformation professional to join a growing Human Capital transformation practice in Belfast.

The team specialises in helping organisations deliver complex, large-scale transformation programmes, bringing together expertise across people, technology, organisation and programme delivery.

This is an opportunity to work with major organisations across sectors including Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Energy and Consumer, helping them successfully mobilise, govern and deliver their most important transformation programmes.

The Role

As part of the PMO Transformation team, you will work across major programmes, helping clients establish effective delivery structures and ensuring complex transformation initiatives remain on track.

You will:

• Design and mobilise Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (PMO) functions.
• Lead PMO delivery across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Manage programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Establish effective governance, reporting and programme controls.
• Track programme benefits and transformation outcomes.
• Support programme assurance, turnaround and recovery where programmes face delivery challenges.
• Work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence key decisions.
• Work across business, technology, people and transformation teams.
• Develop transformation solutions, methodologies and tools.
• Support proposals, bids and new client opportunities.
• Bring industry knowledge and lessons learned to improve programme delivery.
• Present programme progress, risks, recommendations and key decisions to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in experienced PMO, Programme Management or Transformation professionals who have delivered complex or large-scale programmes.

Your experience could come from areas such as:

• Digital transformation
• Business transformation
• Technology-enabled transformation
• People and organisational transformation
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Managed service delivery
• Programme or portfolio management

You'll ideally have strong experience across:

• Programme planning and dependency management
• Risk and issue management
• Benefits management
• Governance and reporting
• Programme assurance
• Programme turnaround / recovery
• Senior stakeholder management
• Client-facing delivery
• Presentation and facilitation

Experience within consulting, professional services or working closely with consulting partners would be advantageous.

Qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, APM or PMI are desirable but not essential.
